The administrative culture lead will facilitate staff meetings, support a culture of collaboration, and manage administrative tasks such as payroll and budgeting. They will also engage with children, families, and community partners to foster a nurturing environment.
Candidates must be registered with the college of early childhood educators and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the early learning sector. Additionally, 1-2 years of administrative experience in a licensed child care center is required.
