The specialist will support the review, design, and development of program offerings, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver value. They will collaborate with other business units to pilot and evaluate new programs and introduce changes as needed.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience in a program-Oriented role and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. A university degree is required, with bilingualism in french and english preferred.
