They coordinate educational programs, support clinical best practices, and work with committees to promote infection prevention and control.
Candidates must have a baccalaureate of nursing with gerontology content or equivalent experience, along with current registration with the provincial body. A background in teaching or facilitating training is essential, along with strong communication and problem-Solving skills.
