Nurse Educator

This role involves consultation, research, leadership, and education across the community to enhance resident care outcomes and support employee professional development through expert clinical practice. The position is responsible for supporting clinical best practices and minimizing risk by providing education and developing personnel in all departments.

Candidates must possess a baccalaureate of nursing with gerontology content or equivalent experience, along with current practicing registration with the provincial body. Essential qualifications include a background in teaching or facilitating classroom training and the ability to communicate fluently in english.
