Requirements summary

Grade 12 plus education assistant certificate or diploma.
At least one year of post-Secondary courses in education.
Four months experience working with k-12 children.
Coursework related to diversity and behavioral intervention.
Ability to perform personal care procedures.
Strong problem-Solving and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
