Our teams work hard, care deeply, and move fast to support a growing and dynamic school community.</p><p>As a central division of the Society, <b>Regent Christian Academy (RCA)</b> is our flagship campus-based school, serving the community through our Sullivan and Cloverdale campuses in Surrey, BC. We bring the RCAS mission to life through a vibrant, in-person learning community where students from Preschool through Grade 12 engage in rigorous academics, competitive athletics, and the fine arts. At RCA, we are dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where classroom excellence and spiritual mentorship prepare students to lead and serve with integrity.</p><p><b>Reports to: </b>Principal</p><p><b>Overview: </b>The Teacher On Call (TOC) is expected to be professional, adaptable, and faith-driven educators to join our dynamic K-12 team. RCA has been a staple of the Surrey community since 1978, offering a Christ-centered, high-quality education on a beautiful 39-acre campus. With 720 students on-site and a robust Distributed Learning program serving 1,700 additional students, you will be joining a well-established and thriving educational community. While this position starts as <b>On-Call</b>, we are actively looking for team members who may be interested in <b>Part-Time or Full-Time placements for the next school year</b>.</p><p><b>Key

  • Continuity:</b> Follow prepared lesson plans with excellence to ensure student learning continues in the teacher’s absence.</p><p>● <b>Classroom
  • Management:</b> Maintain a safe, nurturing, and orderly classroom environment.</p><p>● <b>Spiritual
  • Mentorship:</b> Model Christian integrity and provide spiritual leadership to students throughout the school day.</p><p>● <b>Adaptability:</b> Quickly adjust to various grade levels (K-12) and subject areas as needed</p><p><b>Core
