Core responsibilities
- Provide itinerant speech & language services to several public schools.
- Consultation and direct service for students in kindergarten to grade 12.
- Complete speech & language screenings and assessments.
- Design and implement intervention strategies for students with communication disorders.
- Participate in school-Based team meetings.
- Provide direction for ea's in the speech and language program
Requirements summary
- Master's degree in speech-Language pathology.
- Eligible for certification with speech and audiology canada.
- Valid bc drivers license and own vehicle.
- Experience in a school setting is an asset.
- Criminal record check required.
- Active registrant of the college of speech and hearing health professionals of bc
