LEAF Group Facilitator

The leaf group facilitator plans and facilitates therapeutic programs for children who have witnessed family violence in both group and individual settings. They also provide supportive case management, risk assessment, and safety planning for women and children while maintaining shelter safety and security.

Candidates must hold at least a diploma in child and youth work or early childhood education and have a minimum of two years of experience in gender-Based violence or social services. The role requires a police vulnerable sector check and the ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
