Part Time Direct Support Facilitator- ESIL- Job ID -2025-27

Direct support facilitators assist transitional aged youth clients in building their independence and improving daily living skills. They advocate for clients' interests and well-Being with community partners to help them reach their goals.

Candidates should have a dsw, ssw, cyw, or a related degree/Diploma, with a preference for those holding a dsw certificate. Two years of recent experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or related fields is preferred.
