Duties:</u></strong></p><p>Reporting to the Principal/ Designate but receiving day to day guidance and direction from the Administrative Assistant, the Office Support Clerk is responsible for the provision of word processing; high volume photocopying; may provide reception and switchboard; collecting, inputting and verifying accuracy of student attendance; distributing mail; filing student information; and working as a member of a team to ensure the timely resolution of general office requirements, using both computerized and manual systems.
