Duties:</u></strong></p><p>Reporting to the Principal/ Designate but receiving day to day guidance and direction from the Administrative Assistant, the Office Support Clerk is responsible for the provision of word processing; high volume photocopying; may provide reception and switchboard; collecting, inputting and verifying accuracy of student attendance; distributing mail; filing student information; and working as a member of a team to ensure the timely resolution of general office requirements, using both computerized and manual systems. Requirements

Grade 12 graduation.

Minimum keyboarding speed of 40 wpm.

Equivalent combination of training and experience (acceptable alternative).
