<p><strong><u>Position Summary

</u></strong></p><p>School District No. 91 (Nechako Lakes) is seeking applications for <strong>Casual Administrative Assistants</strong> to support schools in the Burns Lake area, including Granisle, Grassy Plains, Decker Lake, and Francois Lake. This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours.</p><p>The successful candidate will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the efficient and effective operation of a school office—typically in a single-person office environment.

Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Filing, photocopying, and record keeping</li><li>Typing correspondence, reports, and newsletters</li><li>Managing reception duties and handling confidential information</li><li>Sending/receiving faxes and general office communication</li><li>Providing basic bookkeeping support</li></ul><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong><ul><li>Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)</li><li>Completion of an Applied Business Technology program or Administrative Assistant Certificate</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of recent, relevant office experience (school setting preferred)</li><li>WHMIS 2015 Certificate and familiarity with WorkSafeBC safety procedures</li></ul><a></a><p>**Please note, the rate of pay is dependent on which position you are filling in for**</p><p><strong><u>Application

Requirements

Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate).
