Coordinate administrative details for day-to-day functioning of undergraduate and residency training programs.
Serve as main point of contact for the department’s Education Office.
Prepare for program meetings, including working with chairs to prepare required documentation.
Act as recording secretary for program meetings.
Coordinate and provide follow-up support to program directors and committee members.
Coordinate the residency admission process for Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine programs.
Maintain knowledge of departmental, faculty, and national professional association policies, procedures, and program requirements.
Organize, develop, and generate rotation and teaching schedules.
Manage curriculum, rotation, and evaluation schedule using One45 and the department SharePoint site.
Consult with the Education Leader, Program Directors, and Postgraduate Dean’s Office regarding resident issues (rotations/academic standing, long-term illness, and requests for radical changes to rotation schedules)
