<p><strong>Position Description</strong></p> <p>A<b> </b>temporary part time (0.6) Primary Teacher is required by School District No.

60 (Peace River North) effective September 1, 2026 until the return of the incumbent not beyond June 30, 2027.

The assignments will be at C.M.

Finch Elementary School.</p> <p>CM Finch is a K-6 school located in the northwest quadrant of Fort St John.

The school is a vibrant and caring place.

See www.cmfinch.prn.bc.ca for more information.</p> <p> Please note that part-time teachers may be required to attend Pro-D or other non-instructional days on days when they are not regularly scheduled to work. <br></br></p> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p> Valid BC Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate (or eligible for)</p> </li> <li> <p>Qualifications and demonstrated ability to teach the identified subjects at the elementary level</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with universal design and differentiation to meet the diverse needs of students</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent interpersonal, communications, collaboration and organization skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience/training/knowledge of Social Emotional Learning.
