Employment Status Part Time Employment Type Fixed Term Job Summary Under the direction of the Manager, Indigenous Initiatives and Inclusion, and where applicable with day-to-day supervision from the Community Campus Manager, the incumbent provides student and customer support services, coordinated activities for Indigenous and non-Indigenous learners as well as clerical support to learners seeking academic and/or cultural supports. Specific Duties Work collaboratively to create a welcoming environment in the college or community campus where the position is situated.

Minimum of one year post secondary training in related field
1 year or more Recent and relevant experience working with Indigenous students
Proven customer service orientation.

Understanding of and ability to practice an Indigenous learner/service centered approach.
Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and implement activities.
Demonstrated effective cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.
