• Qualifications: Registered Early Childhood Educator (Registered at the College of ECE)

Job Duties

• Plan, implement and review children’s experiences in accordance with the center’s philosophy and program goals.

• Today: Framework) with daily planning and developmentally appropriate documentation of children’s progress and needs
• Guide children’s behavior to promote autonomy and positive self-concept
• Ensure the child’s environment is healthy and safe
• Encourage and support active family involvement
• Observe and assess children’s progress and behavior to ensure the programs meet individual and group needs
