Job description

<p><strong>POSITION

  • Junior School Teacher</strong></p><p> <strong>
  • ASSIGNMENT: Social Studies, English, Career Education (Gr 8-9) This position would be English 8 or English 9 or both, Social Studies 8, Social Studies 9 or both as well as Careers 8. Careers can be taught in cross-curricular manner. This position would be scheduled as an entire day, once a week. </strong> </p><p> <strong>
  • FTE: 0.2 </strong> </p><p> <strong>
  • LOCATION: Quesnel Junior School </strong> </p><p> <strong>
  • Effective
  • DATES: Commencing September 1, 2026 until June 30, 2027, or earlier depending on the return of the incumbent, with the possibility of reduction in FTE. </strong> </p><p> <strong>
  • Basic
  • Qualifications: </strong> A successful candidate will hold a valid BC Teaching Certificate and be a member in good standing in the BC Ministry of Education,
