The Inclusion Coordinator is responsible for enhancing inclusion roles through programming facilitation, content creation, and auditing of resources. Key duties include planning socio-emotional programming for children and updating inclusion audit tools and care plans.
Candidates need 3+ years of experience working with children with diverse needs and a First Aid certificate. A university degree in a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Reporting to the Manager, Support and Inclusion, the Inclusion Coordinator is responsible for the enhancement and support of inclusion roles through programming facilitation and support, content creation, auditing, and updating of supports and resources.
