Ability to identify causes of difficulties with self-regulating problem behaviour and design effective intervention strategies. Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication and group facilitation skills. Superior work ethic and social-emotional competencies; strong reflective judgment. Ability to positively influence instruction, curriculum, assessment, and social-emotional learning. Knowledge of relevant computer technologies to support teaching and learning.
