Job description
Job Summary The Program Administrator supports the development of programs by researching community needs, stewarding established partnerships, and working with subject matter experts.
They develop and revise programming in consultation with academic and administrative departments.
The Administrator provides input on new programming to respond to community and labour market needs; liaises with community stakeholders and organizations to identify and develop course and program ideas.
The Administrator works to support instructors, ensuring instructor training, resources, and supports are available, providing coaching and mentoring, and recommending professional development opportunities.
They also manage instructor related issues that require special attention, such as timesheets, payroll, contract questions and oversee instructor recruitment.
