The K.E.Y. Worker provides individualized educational, behavioural, and social-emotional support to youth within school and community settings. They coordinate care plans, facilitate life skills programming, and collaborate with families, educators, and social workers to ensure positive outcomes.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or a Diploma with 5 years of youth care experience. Mandatory requirements include a BC Class 5 Driver's License, access to a vehicle with business insurance, First Aid/CPR, and CPI certification.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced K.E.Y. Worker to join our Outreach team in North Vancouver. The Knowledge and Education for Youth (K.E.Y.) Program is a partnership between Hollyburn Family Services, the North Vancouver School District, and Parkgate Community Services. This unique school-based program supports youth who require individualized educational, behavioural, and social-emotional support to achieve success in school and the community.
Reporting to the Program Manager – Outreach, the K.E.Y. Worker maintains an overview of all program operations while actively participating in daily programming and activities. The K.E.Y. Worker works collaboratively with youth, families, educators, social workers, and community partners to support positive outcomes through individualized planning, advocacy, life skills development, and community engagement.
