Work closely and collaboratively with the District Principal of Inclusive Education, school administration, school and district staff, teachers of other Multi-Age Cluster Classes, and parents.
Deliver an interdisciplinary, conceptually advanced program to develop students' critical and creative thinking abilities using higher-level thinking models.
Integrate reflection on individual learning style, social-emotional development, the nature of excellence, and group dynamics into the curriculum.
Support students in defining personal interests and individual goals and demonstrating a personal work ethic.
Implement the MACC 4 pillars model: numeracy, literacy, project-based learning, and autonomous learning.
Develop and/or support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
Implement effective and differentiated teaching practices to meet individual learner needs
