Supervise and support children in an inclusive before and after school program, ensuring a welcoming environment for all needs. Responsibilities include implementing individualized care plans, resolving conflicts, and maintaining appropriate staff-to-child ratios.
Candidates must be at least 19 years old with experience working with children aged 5-12 and hold Emergency First Aid, CRC-C, and AED certifications. A satisfactory criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search is required.
