About the Role

Imagine working with autonomy, and practicing to full scope, while building meaningful connections with your clients. As a VON nurse, you'll deliver holistic person-centred care to children, youth, adults, seniors, and support their families. You'll have the opportunity to work in clients' homes, in our clinics, virtually, and engage in community outreach. If you're ready to bring your skills directly into the homes and hearts of our clients, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Our Shift nurses provide extended visits for clients who are medically fragile, technologically dependent children, chronic/complex care adults, palliative, require pain and symptom management and much more.
