• What You’ll Do Teach swimmers of all ages using our structured and easy-to-follow curriculum Create a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment Help swimmers build confidence and reach new milestones Communicate progress with parents in a positive, professional way Maintain a clean and organized pool deck Attend paid training and professional development workshops
