- Liaise with the educators and supervisors in MDRT units to secure clinical placement for students taking PRAC 1603 and 1604.

- Coordinator will work collaboratively with MDRT educators in scheduling students’ clinical shifts.
- 3.
- Coordinator is expected to provide ongoing support to students in the clinical.
- 4.
- Coordinator is expected to perform a midterm, final and as needed check in with students .
- 5.
- Coordinator is responsible in checking students’ evaluation if it meets the competencies outlined in the evaluation manual.
- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Description Required Qualifications 1.
- Registered Nurse with a post secondary nursing degree.
- 2.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- 3.
- Advanced certificate in Perioperative Nursing from Saskatchewan Polytechnic, another recognized institution, or equivalent experience working in an operating room.
- 4.
- A minimum of 2 years recent and relevant experience in the operating room.
- 5.
- Experience in adult education.
