Qualifications: What you bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a learning & development role Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including frontline and clinical staff Strong proficiency with e-learning authoring tools Experience managing a Learning Management System Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High degree of attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Google Workspace, and collaboration tools Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous improvement and excellence

Great-to-haves

Experience in a healthcare, clinical, or regulated industry setting would be a strong asset Familiarity with medical terminology or clinical workflows would be an asset Previous experience with video production or multimedia content creation Knowledge of training compliance and audit documentation requirements
