Core responsibilities
- Providing front-Line customer service to applicants and students.
- Clerical and administrative support to the admissions department.
- Scanning and indexing documents.
- Supporting advanced placement and degree programs.
- Data entry and management in banner system.
- Maintaining applicant and student files.
- Processing applications and payments.
- Ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
- Participating in records management and foipop compliance
Requirements summary
- Grade 12 plus up to 1 year post-Secondary education in business, customer service or computer applications.
- Two years general office experience plus up to 1 year in a similar responsibility role.
- Experience with large student information systems, preferably bcit’s banner.
- Proficiency in ms office.
- Keyboard skills of 50 wpm.
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
