QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities Duties Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) 1. Grade 12 or equivalent. 2. Journeyperson Esthetician. 3. 2 years recent/relevant post-journeyperson experience. 4. Effective communication skills (written and oral). 5. Effective interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work with people from equity groups. 7. Effective instructional ability. 8. Ability to work as a team member and foster teamwork 9.Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and/or the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
