• Post-Secondary certificate or diploma as an early childhood educator.
• Valid childsafe first aid certificate.
• Criminal record check and immunizations.
• Ece certificate to practice from bc government.
• Minimum two years experience in licensed child care.
• Knowledge of bc early learning framework and indigenous frameworks.
• Experience in creating and implementing early learning programs.
• Strong communication, problem-Solving, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of indigenous history and culture
