Coordinator, Youth Development

The youth development coordinator will design and facilitate inclusive programs, camps, and events for children and youth with sight loss and multiple disabilities. They are responsible for building positive relationships with families, maintaining participant files, and creating accessible resources.

Candidates must hold a post-Secondary degree and possess experience working with children with sight loss or disabilities. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage emergency situations are essential for this role.
