Youth Support Worker - Youth Transition Program

The youth support worker provides vulnerable youth with community supports, life skill development, and educational transition planning. They are responsible for case management, facilitating workshops, and coordinating peer mentorship through an outreach-Based model.

Candidates must hold a post-Secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as social work or child and youth care. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a vulnerable sector police check are mandatory.
