The educator will implement curriculum to support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children while providing one-to-one support for those with FSCD funding. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, documenting child progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment in accordance with provincial regulations.
Candidates must hold a Level 1, 2, or 3 Child Care Certification and possess Standard or Child Care First Aid & CPR certification. Experience supporting children with developmental disabilities is preferred, and a successful Police Information Check with a vulnerable sector check is required.

This position plays a vital role in supporting the growth and development of children aged 0-12 through the delivery of high-quality, National YMCA Child Care and Provincial curriculum programming. This role will also provide dedicated one-to-one support to a child receiving FSCD funding, including assisting with daily routines, implementing individualized support strategies, and promoting inclusion and participation within the program environment.
