The educator implements YMCA-approved curriculum to support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children aged 0-12. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe environment, documenting child progress, and communicating regularly with parents.
Candidates must hold a Level 2 Child Care Certification or be in the process of obtaining one, along with Standard First Aid and CPR-C. Applicants are also required to pass a Police Information Check with a vulnerable sector check.
