Requirements summary

Bachelor’s degree in child and youth care, early years education, education, or related discipline. Minimum of five years of experience as an ece working directly with children. Minimum of one year experience teaching adults in post-Secondary. Experience decolonizing curriculum and pedagogy. Experience working respectfully with indigenous communities
