  • Job Purpose: Family Day is seeking Child Care Worker Assistant to work collaboratively with our Early Childhood Educators, Program Facilitators and Assistant Teachers.
  • The Child Care Worker Assistant will support age-appropriate programs and activities in early learning and development environments for children up to 12 years of age.
  • Job Duties: Support appropriate programs and activities in an Early Learning and Development environment for children aged 0 to 12 in a group setting.
  • Support the Educator with job activities that will include planning, developing and implementing programs that reflect children’s interest and include opportunities for quiet and active play, indoor and outdoor activities and individual as well as group activities.
  • Assist the educator in the event that individual program plans may need to be created for children with special needs.
