Foundry Langley Work & Education Support Worker

The employment and education worker provides individualized case planning and support services to at-Risk youth to help them achieve employment and education goals. The role involves building partnerships with employers and educational institutions while delivering direct services within an integrated, multi-Disciplinary team.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in employment or community-Based programs and possess strong interpersonal and problem-Solving skills. A bachelor's degree in a human or social services field is considered an asset, and a valid bc class 5 driver's license is required.
