Child and Youth Worker (Medicine Hat)

The worker will support children and youth in a group home setting by facilitating daily routines, managing crises, and fostering skill development. They are also responsible for household tasks, transporting youth to appointments, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

A diploma or degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in community group care or working with vulnerable populations. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and be able to pass a police information check and intervention record check.
