Trainer

The trainer is responsible for delivering virtual and in-Person training to operational employees while supporting the design and development of training materials. They also conduct training needs assessments and monitor learner progress to ensure training effectiveness and measurable success.

Candidates must possess a diploma or degree in education, hr, adult learning, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of relevant training and facilitation experience is required, along with bilingual proficiency in french and english.
