Requirements summary

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional office administration coursework. Six months' clerical experience. Valid first aid certificate. Keyboard speed of 50 wpm. Intermediate word processing skills. Basic database knowledge. Knowledge of business english, punctuation, spelling, math. Basic bookkeeping skills. Courtesy and tact in communication.
