The program facilitator plans and delivers developmentally appropriate programs for children from birth to six years old and their families. They also provide resources, referrals, and support to caregivers while maintaining professional relationships with community agencies.

Candidates must hold an e.c.e. Degree or diploma and possess knowledge of child development and parent education. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license with insurance, a clean police vulnerable sector check, and current first aid and cpr certification.
