Core responsibilities
Early learning facilitators are responsible for the day-To-Day operation of before and after school programs, ensuring they meet the developmental needs of children aged 4 to 12. They also provide coaching and mentoring to assistants and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a membership in good standing with the college of early childhood educators or equivalent qualifications, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed child care setting. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in english are also required.
