Co-op Coordinator, Student Development

The co-Op coordinator will advise and coach students on work search strategies and skills, facilitating workshops and providing one-On-One support. They will also implement plans and process improvements for program and service activities.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years of direct support experience in career development. Strong communication skills and knowledge of career development theories are essential.
