The supervisor provides instruction, guidance, and mentoring to students within a hands-On practical clinic setting. Responsibilities include advising students on treatment safety, conducting clinical rounds, and maintaining communication regarding student progress and clinic operations.

Candidates must be a registered massage therapist in good standing with the cmto and hold a massage therapy diploma. A minimum of 2 years of practical experience is required, with previous teaching experience considered an asset.
