Core responsibilities
The residential youth worker will build trusting relationships with youth and support them through individualized, strength-Based plans. They will monitor clients' safety and wellbeing, provide emotional support, and ensure communication between the group home, school, family, and community.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a diploma in a related human or social service field and two years of recent related experience. A class 5 driver's license and successful completion of a criminal record check are also required.
