Core responsibilities

The residential youth worker will build trusting relationships with youth and support them through individualized, strength-Based plans. They will monitor clients' safety and wellbeing while providing emotional support and crisis intervention.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a diploma in a related human or social service field and two years of recent related experience. A class 5 driver's license and successful completion of a criminal record check are also required.
