Coordinator, Orientation and Transition Programs

This operational role is accountable for developing, coordinating, and assessing all aspects of centralized orientation and transition programming for students, focusing initially on implementing a student online orientation program. The coordinator will engage with campus partners to support a holistic curriculum rooted in access, community, and belonging, serving as a central point of contact for student orientation across campus.

Candidates must have an undergraduate degree and at least two years of experience in a student affairs environment, preferably in orientation, transition, and retention. Required experience includes program planning, event management, curriculum development, and working with diverse student populations, alongside strong analytical and communication skills.
