The Autism Support Assistant provides daily support to adults with Autism to enhance their quality of life and personal fulfillment. Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, assisting with daily living skills, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Candidates need a diploma in Developmental Service Work, Human Services, or a PSW certificate, or a high school diploma with one year of related experience. A valid G2 driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the physical ability to support adults are required.
Up to 59 hours bi-weekly (Days/Evenings/Weekends/Holidays/Rotational Schedule; Flexibility required as per Collective Agreement)
