The coach is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and evidence-Based training programs for athletes and members, supporting physical preparation, injury mitigation, and performance enhancement aligned with the long-Term athlete development framework. Key duties include designing and supervising strength and conditioning programs, coaching proper technique, and collaborating professionally with sport coaches and performance staff.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a degree in kinesiology or a related field and have a minimum of two years of experience delivering strength and conditioning services in a sport or team setting, along with required first aid and cpr certifications. Experience working with youth or competitive athletes and familiarity with ltad principles are assets.
