Lifeguard and Swim Instructor

The primary responsibilities involve providing a safe and enjoyable environment for members by supervising the pool area and delivering high-Quality instruction for the swim program and lifesaving patrol/Bronze levels. Additionally, the role requires maintaining facility cleanliness and enforcing all pool rules and regulations.

Candidates must possess at least one year of lifeguarding and instructional experience, holding mandatory current certifications including the national lifeguard award and red cross water safety instructor certification or equivalent. Strong customer service skills, demonstrated leadership, responsibility, and availability for specific evening and weekend shifts are also required.
