Early Childhood Assistant (ECA)

The early childhood assistant will collaborate with teachers and families to create a nurturing environment for children, primarily by assisting reces with classroom instruction and ensuring the well-Being of the children in care. Key duties also involve interacting with children to promote activity involvement and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an early childhood assistant certification being preferred, and must meet provincial requirements for childcare employment. Essential qualifications include current standard first aid, infant child cpr certification, up-To-Date immunization, and experience in planning and implementing programs.
